With 25+ years of experience across higher education systems, Dr. López brings a powerful blend of strategy, systems thinking, and cultural insight to his work. He’s known for turning vision into action and advancing equity-focused initiatives at scale — from grassroots communities to major universities.

Rosalina Escandón, M.ED.

An experienced educator and crosscultural advocate with over 2 decades of service in education leadership.  Her work centers on equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive pedagogy — designing spaces where students & educators thrive. Drawing from her Latiné/a/o/x roots & binational experience, Rosalina is known for building trust across communities and institutions with authenticity & care.
